Each residency workshop focuses on building essential skills that new nurses need to thrive in today's healthcare environment. These four-hour sessions are available both virtually and live, making it easier for you to fit learning into your busy schedule.
Our workshops cover a variety of critical topics such as:
- Effective Communication: Build strong, collaborative relationships with your healthcare team.
- Critical Thinking: Hone your clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Introduction to Multidisciplinary Care: Gain a deeper understanding of the various healthcare professionals you’ll work with.
- Healthcare Business Knowledge: Learn the business side of healthcare, including hospital operations and budgeting.
- Nursing Quality Measures & Risk Management: Understand how nursing quality is measured and how to manage patient safety and risk.
